FAQ
Emergency HVAC Service questions
- Q.01Do you charge an emergency dispatch fee?
- We charge a transparent diagnosis fee that's the same regardless of time of day. No surprise after-hours surcharges layered on after the visit. The fee is credited against the repair quote if you proceed.
- Q.02What counts as an emergency?
- No heat below 50°F outside, no cool above 90°F, active refrigerant or water leak, or a CO alarm near gas equipment. Everything else gets next-business-day scheduling.
- Q.03Can you guarantee a same-day response?
- Not always. During peak winter weeks every PNW HVAC contractor is fully booked. We give you a realistic ETA when you call, and we say so plainly if we cannot make it — we won't string you along.
