Furnace Repair & Replacement
Most heating outages in the PNW happen in the same week: the first hard cold snap of the season. We treat that calendar like an emergency calendar — same-day diagnosis when possible, and a written quote before the wrench comes out.
What's included
- On-site diagnosis with photos of the failed component
- Written quote — itemized parts + labor, no bundled mystery line items
- Repair-vs-replace comparison when the unit is over 12 years old
- Parts ordered with ETA before scheduling the install
- Pull permits when code requires (most full replacements do in WA)
- Post-install combustion check and warranty paperwork
Who needs this
- - Homeowners with a furnace that stopped firing during cold weather
- - Property managers covering tenant heating complaints
- - Owners with an aging unit weighing repair vs replacement
- - Builders adding or replacing furnaces in renovation work
FAQ
Furnace Repair & Replacement questions
- Q.01How fast can you respond to a no-heat call?
- Most no-heat calls in our core service area get a same-day or next-business-day diagnosis visit during winter. Off-season repairs schedule within the week.
- Q.02Will you push me to replace when a repair would do?
- No. Our quote includes both paths when the unit is repair-eligible. If the unit is past 15 years and the repair is over $1,500, we will say so plainly and let you decide.
- Q.03Do you handle older furnaces in older homes?
- Yes — we keep common parts on hand for 1990s+ residential furnaces. For units older than that we do an honest assessment of parts availability before committing to a repair path.
